Classic Wood Handle is made of premium FSC® certified Birchwood.

All Handles are removeable and interchangeable with our other types of handles.

We reserve the right to substitute another color Wood Handle color if necessary.

Works with all types of Sealing Waxes- Our Premium Waxes are recommended for best impressions.

We suggest cooling the die face on an ice pack if you are making lots of impressions. Tip: Wipe the die dry before putting into wax-this will help avoid water rings in impression.

Brass die will develop a natural patina over time – just clean occasionally with a Brass Cleaning Cloth.

If you wish to customize a design by adding Text or a Monogram, please select this option from the dropdown menu ($10.00 additional fee for customization).

2 Ways to Customize:

• Text around Perimeter (Top, Bottom or both )  Maximum Number of Letters on top or bottom: 14 including spaces (14 for top and 14 for bottom
• Monogram (Initials up to 3 letters on the bottom): Always specify the initials in the order in which you want them to appear.  You can list up to 3 Initials.

Please clearly describe your engraving in the customization box provided on the product page.

By default, we will always use a Block font for such engravings as Script fonts at that size can be challenging to read.

Note: Not All Designs, by their nature, lend themselves to customization. If the Design takes up more than 75% of the space, customization is not recommended.

Production Times:

Stock Items: Ship in 1-2 business days.

Custom Items: Standard Production times are listed on the individual products. Rush Production services are available on select items and are listed as an option when applicable.

Shipping Times: Please note packages may ship using a variety of carriers and while some packages may arrive on weekends, most services are delivered Monday-Friday (business days) and should be considered when placing your order.

• Some rural areas will have additional costs for extended delivery service

Returns:

You may return any unused stock item for any reason within 30 days from receipt.  Custom Products are not subject to cancel or return except for defects in the order. Please view our Return Policy here.
